In this phone call, we will discuss your goals, borrowing capacity, first home owner grant eligibility and much more (Ask us anything about home loans).
If we are a good fit to work together, we will book a Loan Strategy Session
Step 2
Client Checklist
Great! You have decided to work with us and have booked your Loan Strategy Session.
Before your Session, we will set you up in our secure online client portal, where you can upload the documents we need to complete our initial assessment.
Step 3
Loan Strategy Session
One-on-one time with your broker to discuss our initial assessment and any recommendations we have.
We would then work together to build a strategy to structure your loan in the right way with the right features to achieve your goals.
Step 4
Credit Proposal
Based on our discussions in the loan strategy session, we will issue a credit proposal outlining the lender we recommend applying with. Should you accept this Proposal, we can start the Application Process.
Step 5
Application & Approval
We’ll prepare, submit, and follow up on your application until you get that final tick of approval.
With your consent, we will also work directly with your lawyers, conveyancers, agents and accountants to ensure a smooth purchase.
Step 6
Settlement & Beyond
We will continue to review and renegotiate your home loan regularly to ensure it remains competitive and right for you.
